2026 Fall Camporee: Scout Rendezvous

Location: Camp Thunderbird, 11740 Summit Lake Road, Olympia, WA 98052

Join us at the Fall Camporee: Scout Rendezvous; a high-energy weekend where patrols put their skills, teamwork, and Scout spirit to the test!

Compete in a series of hands-on stations designed to challenge your knowledge, sharpen your abilities, and push your limits. 

Scouts will compete in sixteen activity stations across four areas of camp, every one of them built on a Trail to First Class requirement: 

• Fire building
• Knots
• Lashings
• First aid
• Navigation
• Plants and animal signs
• Signaling
• Tools and rope care
• Weather
• Emergency water, and more.

Patrols roam freely around camp and pick their own order to complete their stations. 

New this year, every patrol is on a progression called the 'Brigade Trail'.  Patrols check in as a Greenhorn Brigade and work their way up to Master Brigade.  Every patrol who finishes by 8:00 PM is recognized at the Grand Campfire!

Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) will have a Ham Radio hub set up, so Scouts can participate in the Radio Jamboree experience.

Patrols that arrive ready have the most fun. Before you come:

• Every patrol needs a Patrol Leader, a patrol flag, and a patrol yell
• Keep patrols to five to eight Scouts
• Bring lashing rope and spars - every patrol builds a camp gadget at their campsite
• Have each patrol make a small handmade token that can hang from their patrol flag, for a camp-wide swap meet Saturday afternoon
• Brush up on your Trail to First Class basics before you come

Youth Early Bird: $35 (available until September 30th)
Youth: $45 (after September 30th)
Adult: $20

All Registrations added after registration close will be subject to a $20 penalty per attendee.
